Data+ / Energy transition

SMEG is launching a new Data+ survey from 4 June to 31 July 2018 involving 5,000 residents of the Principality.

The Princely Government has given SMEG the task of implementing the Data+ project in the context of the objectives of the energy transition,

with the aim of gaining an in-depth understanding of how energy is consumed in Monaco. The success of this project depends on information

being gathered, some of which is collected using consumer surveys, and then anonymized and returned in the form of statistics.

Following the initial surveys in 2015 and 2017, the information emerging from Data+ has already enabled practical action to be taken to control

energy consumption.

At the beginning of June 2018, 5,000 residents will receive a letter containing information on how to respond to the Data+ questionnaire.

This process will be repeated in the years to come, and the entire Monegasque community will gradually be asked to provide information.

By taking part in Data+, individual and business volunteers will make a contribution towards identifying the priority actions to be taken on

the context of the energy transition and the National Pact.

We are counting on wide-scale participation in this intervention on behalf of the environment.
