SMEG offers a range of tariffs adapted to the volume of consumption and to its distribution over the year (winter / summer). These tariffs are composed of a standing charge and a kWh price per natural gas consumed
Your choice of tariff depends on your average natural gas consumption.
For natural gas, the meter registers the consumption in cubic meter (m3). A thermal coefficient (close to 12) varies according to the origin of the natural gas (Netherlands, Norway, Algeria, and Russia). It allows to transform cubic meters into kWH, the billing unit.
* kWh: kilowatt-hour
There are various tariffs which depend on your volume of consumption.
For an annual consumption lower than 150 000 kWh.
The BASE tariff suits customers who consume less than 1 000 kWh per year (using natural gas for cooking).
The B0 tariff is adapted to consumption between 1 000 and 6 000 kWh per year (cooking and domestic hot water).
The B1 tariff covers a range of uses from 6 000 to 30 000 kWh per year (associated heating with other uses): cooking, domestic hot water.
The B2I tariff is adapted to consumption exceeding 30 000 kWh per year and lower than a threshold varying between 150 000 and 350 000 kWh per year, according to how consumption is distributed over winter and summer. It is suitable, for example, to the heating of big houses, to small-sized collective boiler rooms (under 20 housing), associated or not to the production of hot water, as well as numerous uses of the natural gas in the tertiary and industrial sectors.

For an annual consumption exceeding 150 000 kWh.
The "Gaz +" tariff is suited for gas uses where annual consumption exceeds a threshold varying from 150 000 to 350 000 kWh per year.
It is composed of a standing charge, and a proportional price according to two seasons:
- The winter, from November 1st until March 31st,
