smart+ new building, a turnkey solution in response to thermal regulations
The Ministerial Decree of 26 June 2018 sets out the new measures relating to the thermal characteristics of new buildings, renovations of existing buildings and extensions.
In particular, articles 24 and 35 require the measurement of energy consumption by use (heating, air conditioning, domestic hot water, lighting, ventilation, etc.) and the implementation of consumption monitoring dashboards.
The smart+ solution has been approved by the Prince's Government as meeting the criteria of Monaco's thermal regulations.
