What is my login for the customer area?
Your login is the e-mail address you provided when you created your customer area.
Your e-mail address is not recognised?
If you have recently changed your e-mail address, try an older one.
CAUTION: For security reasons, only 3 connection attempts are allowed. After that, your account will be temporarily blocked.
I forgot my password
Just click on "FORGOT PASSWORD?" and follow instructions.
You will then receive a new password at the e-mail address you provided when you created your customer area.
Please note: your password must contain 8 characters minimum and 25 maximum. When you enter your password, please make sure that it is case-sensitive.
Tip: To make future connections easier, we suggest you personalise your password in the "CHANGE PASSWORD" section of your customer area.
How do I open an account in the customer area?
Go to the SMEG website, click on "Mynexio" (top right) and follow instructions.
Or go directly to the Mynexio web page and follow instructions.
Have your electricity bill ready, as you will be asked to provide information to verify your identity.

I need a duplicate bill (contract holder, joint holder or payer)
You can download duplicate bills directly from your customer area online.
A duplicate can only be sent by post to the contract holder, joint holder or payer, or can be made available to them at SMEG reception on the day following the request.
CAUTION: For security reasons, only the holder, joint holder, payer or a third party with power of attorney and proof of identity may collect the duplicate.
